Out of Office Message

I took Tuesday and Wednesday off this week to go watch tennis and not think or write or do anything productive. My brain – maybe like your brain – has felt like sludge the past few weeks (months??), overloaded and overtired with too much information and bad news, too many opinions and other people's thoughts. I haven't had a true vacation in two years, and even that vacation was itself something of a catastrophe. So I hope you will forgive me this one week when, in lieu of ideas and takes, I show you a few photos of incredible athletes bashing little green balls around at Billie Jean King Tennis Center in some of the most spectacular weather imaginable.
